David Ma joins Blaney's Corporate/Commercial Group
We are pleased to announce that David Ma has joined our expanding Corporate/Commercial Group.David was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000 and the Bar of New York in 2000. He practises corporate and commercial law for developers and consumers of technology. He advises clients on outsourcing, development, licensing, service and distribution matters and in the areas of electronic commerce, cryptography and digital signature regulation. David also advises on mergers, acquisitions and financings in the technology industry.
