Blaney lawyers to participate in Canadian Institute conference in April 2010
Blaney McMurtry will be well represented at the Canadian Institute conference, Bringing and Defending Litigation Against the Crown, to be held in Toronto on April 12 and 13, 2010.Roger Horst will co-chair the conference, as well as moderate a panel discussion, All Cost Awards are NOT Created Equal and co-present a session, Effectively Managing Class Actions in Crown Litigation, both on April 12th. Andrew Heal will co-present a session, Equipping for Current and Emerging Trends of Various Torts, also on April 12th. Rod Winsor will speak on Negligence Claims: Finding a Private-Law Duty, on April 13th.
