Geza Banfai appointed to Canadian Construction Documents Committee
Geza Banfai has been appointed as the ex-officio legal representative to the Canadian Construction Documents Committee. The CCDC is the joint national committee responsible for drafting and updating various standard form construction contract documents in wide use throughout Canada, and includes representatives of both public and private owners, the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, the Association of Canadian Engineering Companies and Construction Specifications Canada.
