Judy is a lawyer in Blaney’s Family Law Group. She has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since her call to the Ontario bar in 2002.
Judy has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of family law, including highly contentious custody and access cases, and property and financial disputes. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Judy has effectively represented clients at mediations and has negotiated separation agreements and marriage contracts. She has prepared papers which have been presented at continuing legal education courses for other family law lawyers.
Judy obtained her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2000. Prior to law school, She attended the University of Toronto where she obtained a Bachelor of Science graduating with highest distinction.
