Laura obtained her LL.B. from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She received her B.Sc. in Honours Biology and Chemistry, Co-op, from the University of Waterloo. As a part of her co-operative degree, Laura worked and did research at Agriculture Canada, the University of Toronto and the WM Keck Center for Transgene Research at the University of Notre Dame. While at law school, Laura placed second in the 2004 Canadian Labour Arbitration Moot held in Toronto.
Laura’s practice includes secured lending, mergers and acqusitions and general commercial matters. Laura is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
