Randy Kramer is a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Insurance Litigation Groups.
He obtained degrees in both common law and civil law from the McGill University Faculty of Law, where he graduated with Great Distinction and was a recipient of the W.R. Jackett Prize in Taxation.
Randy has assisted senior counsel in relation to various complex insurance coverage matters, with an emphasis on commercial general liability policies. His practice also involves insurance defence litigation.
Having grown up just outside of New York City, Randy articled with a full-service Montreal law firm before settling in Toronto. He has also lived in Florida and London, Ontario.
Randy is a member of both the Ontario and Quebec Bars. He practices in both English and French and appreciates analyzing legal issues from a comparative perspective.
Outside of the office, Randy spends most of his time enjoying life with his wife and young children. He is also an avid marathon runner, and has participated in road races in many far-away locales.
