Tanya Litzenberger is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on construction law and dental malpractice. She also practises general civil litigation.
Tanya is an economics graduate who taught English in Japan before going to law school in British Columbia (and studying for one exchange semester at Vrije Univerisiteit in Amsterdam).
Blaneys is a major counsel to the Ontario dental profession's practice insurer, the Professional Liability Program (PLP) of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Tanya devotes a significant portion of her time to defending dental professionals against malpractice claims.
In the construction litigation area, Tanya, a member of Blaneys' Architectural/Construction/Engineering Services (ACES) Group, does a lot of work related to construction liens. She acts on behalf of owners, general contractors, trades and suppliers.
