Alvin practices within our Commercial Litigation Department with a focus on construction and estate litigation.

Alvin has extensive experience in shareholder dispute litigation, mortgage and lending remedies, construction litigation, personal injury and wrongful dismissal cases. In addition to Superior Court and Court of Appeal advocacy, he has represented clients before numerous administrative and judicial tribunals. Alvin also has extensive arbitration and mediation experience.
