Bianca articled with Blaney McMurtry LLP and upon her Call to the Bar in 2007, returned to the firm in the Litigation Department.

Bianca's litigation practice is primarily focused on insurance defence matters, including advice and representation in the areas of personal injury (motor vehicle and occupiers' liability), professional negligence, municipal and Crown liability, property damage and product liability. Bianca also has experience with landlord and tenant law, routinely appearing before the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Bianca has also co-authored various papers on litigation related topics such as:

• "The Supreme Court of Canada and the Law of Causation" (co-authored with Stephen R. Moore)
• "Emerging Trends in Motor Vehicle Liability and Damage Awards" (co-authored with Jay Stolberg)
