Profile
Boris' practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on debt financing, asset-based lending, factoring, project and acquisition financing and equipment financing and leasing. Such transactions are handled by Boris on behalf of a number of financial institutions, asset-based lenders and corporate borrowers. In addition, Boris acts as corporate counsel to a number of local and foreign manufacturing and technology businesses.
He is an active participant in a number of charity events, including the annual Tour for Kids cycling event which raises funds for three extraordinary camp organizations that are devoted to enhancing the quality of life for children living with, through and beyond cancer and has been recognized for his fundraising efforts.
Boris is fluent in Greek, Croatian/Serbian and has a working knowledge of French.
