Catherine MacInnis is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. Catherine has experience providing practical business advice to domestic and international clients on a broad range of matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, class actions, contractual and commercial disputes, as well as regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Blaney McMurtry LLP, Catherine practiced at a litigation boutique in Toronto, specializing in Securities and Commercial Litigation. Catherine has appeared before various courts and tribunals in Ontario and British Columbia.
