Harry obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London (England) in 1961 and was admitted as a solicitor in England in 1965. He was an associate and partner in the firm of March, Pearson & Skelton, in Manchester, England where he practiced commercial and corporate law until 1981 when he immigrated to Canada. He has continued his practice in Ontario since his call to the Bar of Ontario in 1984.
Harry’s practice encompasses business law and estate and tax planning. His wide experience in corporate and commercial law includes business organization, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate aspects of restructurings and acting for Canadian subsidiaries of multinational corporations. Harry has particular expertise in providing ongoing advice to owner-managed businesses. He is a director of several corporate clients and assists business people and other individuals with their tax and estate planning, including corporate reorganizations and the preparation of wills and trusts.
Harry is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the British Canadian Chamber of Trade and Commerce.
