Jasmine Samra

Jasmine is a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial law group and a member of the firm’s privacy group.

Jasmine's practice involves a broad range of clients including entrepreneurs, privately held corporations, multinational corporations, public companies and not-for-profits.  Her wide experience in corporate and commercial law includes business organizations, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate aspects of restructurings.  She has experience in drafting and implementing corporate reorganizations and a wide range of complex commercial contracts including shareholder, partnership, indemnity, joint-venture, manufacturing, supply, distribution, sales representative, technology and master service provider agreements.

Jasmine is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.  Jasmine is also an active member of her local community, sitting on the Board of Directors for each of the Yorktown Child and Family Centre and the Yorktown Shelter for Women.
