Jeff is a member of Blaney McMurtry's Real Estate and Leasing Group. His practice includes commercial acquisitions, leasing and lending transactions. Jeff received his bachelor of laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and received a Master of Laws degree from the University of London, England, which focused on international business transactions.

As a member of Blaney's Real Estate Group, which acts for several large developers, retailers and landlords, Jeff has been involved in a variety of acquisition, lending and leasing transactions.

Jeff's leasing experience includes drafting and negotiating retail, office and industrial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants as well as documentation arising in connection with lease enforcement and the resolution of disputes between landlords and tenants. Jeff has been involved in a variety of land development transactions and his experience includes the drafting of joint venture agreements, shareholders' agreements, reciprocal easement and operating agreements, cost sharing agreements and use restrictions in connection therewith.
