John D. Brunt

Profile

John’s practice focuses on corporate/commercial matters with a particular emphasis on real estate and financing involving both real and personal property. He acts for borrowers and both private and institutional lenders. His experience allows him to provide sophisticated advice to clients on a personal level with respect to business organization, transaction structuring, contractual relationships and financing matters.

John is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. He is also an avid sailor, is a past president of the Canadian Shark Class Association, and races actively in the fleet.
