Blaneys Condo 101 Program Gets Positive Review from BILD

Condo 101, a three-hour seminar for municipal planning staff written and presented by Blaneys partners, Tammy Evans and Marc Kemerer, got a positive review in the November 29, 2011 issue of Liaison, the Government Relations e-Newsletter of the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD). According to the article, Class Dismissed: Grading Condo 101, the program “promotes consistency across municipalities and efficient cooperation throughout the condominium approval process”.
