Blaneys' Corporate Group Expands

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Corporate/Commercial Group, continuing our commitment to respond to our clients' needs for sophisticated legal advice across a broad spectrum of business law.

Harry Andrew's corporate/commercial practice has an emphasis on business organization and transactions with particular expertise advising owner-managed businesses.  Harry is called to the Bar of Ontario and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Jasmine Samra practices general corporate/commercial law, with experience drafting and implementing corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts and master service provider agreements.

Dan Giantsopoulos focuses on representing businesses and their owner/operators, including advising American public and private companies with respect to establishing and growing their Canadian business operations.

John Brunt is the newest addition to the Group. His corporate/commercial practice focuses on real estate and financing involving both real and personal property, acting for both institutional lenders and borrowers.
