Blaneys Coverage Lawyers Lecturing at Canadian Institute Insurance Claims Forum

Several members of the firm's Coverage Counsel Group will be lecturing at The Canadian Institute's 10th Annual Insurance Forum Effectively Managing Insurance Claims and Litigation, slated for June 21 - 22, 2011 in Toronto.  Mark Lichty and Jason Mangano will co-present a pre-forum workshop "Deriving Practical Skills for Interpreting CGL Contracts to Minimize Risks" on June 20th.  David Mackenzie will co-present a "Case Study:  Dissection GE v Aviva to Clarify the Essential Issues of Timing of Loss and Allocation of Costs" on June 21st.
