Blaneys Lawyers to Speak at ACFI Conference

John Polyzogopoulos and Lou Brzezinski will be speaking at the Association of Certified Forensic Investigators of Canada (ACFI) Conference on May 28^th and 29^th, 2012.  On May 28^th, Lou will present A New Look at the Anton Piller Order, which will discuss the “Anton Piller Order”, a court order that provides the right to search premises and seize evidence without prior warning. John will be speaking on May 29^th about Unravelling Ponzi Schemes,  a case study on legal and forensic investigative issues arising from trying to unravel a collapsed Ponzi scheme.
