Blaneys Partner Co-Chairs at Environmental Conference

Blaneys partner Janet Bobechko co-chaired the afternoon session at the Federated Press Environmental Deal Breakers in Real Estate conference and spoke on Structuring & Negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements in Light of Environmental Issues on January 30, 2012. The annual conference is intended to inform members of the real estate and related industries how to avoid key environmental liabilities in purchase, sale and lease transactions. Janet practices within the firm’s Municipal, Planning Expropriation and Environmental and Real Estate groups and has been certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in environmental law.
