Blaneys' Partner Comments on Role of Women in Construction Sector

[Women] in the construction sector "need to stand up more, ...volunteer more, ...speak out and take more active steps" says Tammy Evans, President of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC) in "A Finer Balance", in the September/October 2011 issue of Western Canada Construction magazine. Ms. Evans, a Partner in Blaney McMurtry's Real Estate and Architectural/Construction/Engineering Services (ACES) groups concludes that she is "optimistic about the role of women in construction".
