Blaneys Partner to Speak on Exclusive Covenants at ICSC Conference

Marc Kemerer will be a guest speaker at the 2012 Canadian Law Conference of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) being held in Toronto on February 23-24, 2012. In his presentation, Exclusives – All There Is to Know, Marc will focus on the issues/benefits for both landlords and tenants in, and the creation of a community of interests through, the granting of an exclusive use in a commercial lease. He will also discuss the intersection of zoning and exclusive covenants.
