Janet Bobechko contributing writer and columnist for Environmental Policy & Law

Janet Bobechko is now a contributing writer and columnist for Environmental Policy & Law, a monthly publication commenting on key environmental issues.  Her first article commenting on Ontario Law, "Changes to Remediation Rules Cause Problems for Developers," runs in the January 2010 issue. According to Janet, although the Ontario Ministry of the Environment continues to say that brownfields redevelopment is good for the environment, recently announced changes to the Province's remediation rules will make the job more expensive and difficult for developers.
