Mark Lichty to co-chair Canadian Defence Lawyers' 6th Annual Insurance Coverage Symposium

The firm will be well represented at the Canadian Defence Lawyers' 6th Annual Insurance Coverage Symposium, Coverage in 2010: Same Old Same Old or Something New? in Toronto on February 11 & 12, 2010.

Mark Lichty will co-chair the symposium, and also speak about "Big Time GL: Handling 'Bet the Farm' Claims on Behalf of GL Carriers & Their Insureds" and Dominic Clarke will speak on "Reinsurance Issues in Canada: Current Trends".
 
In addition, Mark will be a speaker at Canadian Defence Lawyers' Annual General Meeting in June, 2010 on the subject of coverage aspects of class proceedings.
