Jack Siegel will speak at the upcoming session, “Current issues in Workplace Safety and Insurance Law.” His topic, “Guns, Germs, and Workers’ Comp: Are these work-related accidents?” will cover issues such as workplace violence, sexual assaults, disasters, acts of terrorism and SARS.
