Blaney McMurtry LLP has an immediate opening for an associate with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our busy Insurance Litigation Practice Group.
The successful candidate will assist with larger insurance defence matters requiring assessments, drafting and litigation/dispute resolution support, while also confidently handling their own file load of general insurance defence work, including occupiers’ liability, product liability, property, professional liability and MVA claims.
Strong academic credentials, exceptional research, drafting, writing and analytical skills, negotiation and advocacy skills, and proven client service and practice management skills are essential.
