 Overview

Anja is developing a broad litigation practice that encompasses both insurance and commercial litigation. She is described as a zealous advocate who strives to achieve timely and cost-effective solutions for her clients. Anja is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and efficiency. She has represented clients at the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She has also assisted counsel with preparation at the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Anja brings insurance defence expertise to her practice at the firm, gained from a prior role at a Toronto boutique law firm where her practice focused on occupiers’ liability, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, and subrogation. She leverages this knowledge to ensure her clients’ needs are met in the most effective and efficient way possible.

During her time at Osgoode Hall Law School, Anja volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada in the Family Law Project, where she represented litigants at the Ontario Court of Justice. She also acted as a research assistant to a prominent professor, providing legal research on various aspects of family law.
