Bianca Pedro
 Overview

Bianca’s ability to navigate complex litigation claims and proven skill managing the inherent tripartite nature of insurance claims, has resulted in her rapidly growing professional negligence practice.  Lawyers, property appraisers, insurance brokers, paralegals, architects, engineers and regulated health professionals are amongst Bianca’s diverse clientele.   Senior partners in the firm also regularly rely on her judgement and her confident management of client expectations to navigate these difficult claims.

Bianca also expertly defends general liability claims including occupiers' liability, municipal and Crown liability, motor vehicle accident and product liability claims.

Bianca is an active member of the insurance litigation bar, recently having sat on the executive committee for the OBA’s Insurance Law section. In this role, she was involved in a task force assessing the OBA members’ position on the proposed introduction of Alternative Business Structures in Ontario.
