 Overview

Colin’s developing practice is focused on civil litigation and insurance defence, with an emphasis on personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-falls. He has experience litigating matters involving property damage, commercial host liability, occupier’s liability, municipal liability, product liability, construction law and fraudulent claims. 

Colin’s approach to litigation is pragmatic and cooperative. He brings a strong work ethic and meticulous care to his work for his clients.

Colin has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court. He is passionate about trial practice, especially in matters involving a jury. While completing his Dual J.D., Colin enjoyed a successful tenure as the Managing Editor of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. He also assisted self-represented litigants through the University of Detroit Mercy’s Federal Pro Se Clinic.
