Daria Risteska
 Overview

Daria’s developing insurance practice encompasses claims involving property damage, occupiers’ liability, construction, condominium law, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, sexual abuse, and professional and regulatory negligence.

Daria’s clients rely on her to employ the most effective strategy to maximize their strengths and minimize their risks. This often requires her to adapt her approach to the circumstances, bringing a strong hand to the cases that require it and a more moderate and personal approach to others. Daria also ensures that her clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Daria regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has enjoyed success both inside and outside of the courtroom.
