 Overview

Donato is developing a practice in the areas of corporate/commercial and real estate law. He assists in advising clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, loan transactions, and land development matters.

Donato leverages knowledge gained in previous work experience in the construction industry to find practical and timely solutions for clients and to provide them with clear, concise and comprehensive advice.

Donato spent a summer in the United Kingdom, working with the former Sahara Force India Formula One Team (now Aston Martin F1 Team), as a member of the team’s in-house legal department. In this role, Donato assisted in the negotiation and drafting of numerous sponsorship agreements with the team’s commercial and technical partners.
