Joe’s litigation practice focuses on acting for public sector organizations. He has a particular interest in police law, financial crime, and the overlap between civil and criminal law.
Joe is a determined and conscientious lawyer with a broad range of civil litigation experience. He is dual-qualified, having practised in the U.K. before moving to Canada. He was previously an in-house lawyer for the Metropolitan Police Service in London where he had conduct of a wide range of matters including police liability, inquests, forced marriage orders, witness protection, proceeds of crime, and counter terrorism.
