Josh’s developing practice focuses on health law and insurance litigation. He is involved in defending first party life and disability claims, as well as defending professionals in errors and omissions claims. Josh leverages his strong attention to detail and advocacy skills to represent clients in a cost-efficient manner in a wide array of proceedings before administrative tribunals and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Josh has independent carriage of numerous claims. In addition, he supports senior counsel in defending professionals in larger claims. He also represents health care professionals in regulatory matters, including college complaints, investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
During law school, Josh worked at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic and represented clients in front the Landlord and Tenant Board.
