 Overview

Josh is developing a litigation practice with a focus on Health Law and Insurance Disputes. He has successfully defended healthcare professionals in regulatory proceedings, such as college complaints, investigations, privacy complaints and disciplinary proceedings and in judicial reviews before Divisional Court. Josh represents healthcare professionals and clinics in errors and omissions proceedings and in complex medical malpractice claims. He also supports senior counsel in drafting legal opinions, associate contracts for clients in the health care sector and various practice-related contracts.

Josh leverages his strong attention to detail and advocacy skills to represent clients in a cost-efficient manner in a wide array of proceedings before administrative tribunals, including many of the Regulatory Colleges, as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court.
