Lucas is building a broad litigation practice focusing primarily on commercial litigation. He is an effective communicator who strives to provide sound and cost-effective solutions to clients. He leverages experience gained acting on insurance defence matters, as well as his advocacy skills beyond the courtroom, as he recognizes that often a successful resolution can be reached without a trial.
Lucas brings experience gained at a boutique litigation firm, where he supported counsel at the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, to his current role.
