Mervyn Abramowitz

Mervyn has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation (including disputes involving contracts, real estate, negligence, fiduciary obligations, as well as corporate, partnership, employment and shareholder disputes), as well as in commercial bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters. He is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in both Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law, and appears regularly before all levels of the trial and appellate courts of Ontario.   

Mervyn is regularly consulted and retained by other law firms in Toronto, as well as across Canada and the United States, for his experience, expertise, and insights in commercial litigation and insolvency matters. He is very active in several professional organizations, including the Canadian Bar Association and the Commercial List Users' Committee.
