 Overview

Nida practices Health and Insurance litigation. She has experience representing healthcare professionals and health institutions including hospitals, dental clinics, and treatment facilities in medical malpractice claims, human rights complaints, and employment matters. She has also represented insurers and insured individuals, government bodies, and corporations in professional liability, occupier’s liability, and personal injury actions.

Nida previously worked as an investigator for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and sat on the disciplinary committee of another health professional College. She leverages her experience in these roles to defend healthcare professionals in regulatory proceedings and investigations before their respective colleges.

Nida also holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) designation through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and advises clients on privacy matters and complaints.
