PJ’s developing business law practice is focused primarily on corporate & commercial law, including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate matters. His business background allows him to advise a broad range of clients, including lenders, real estate developers, and renewable energy providers.
PJ competed in several case competitions, workshops, and clinical programs during his time in law school. Most notably, his work with Osgoode’s Venture Capital Clinic entailed that he successfully attract new companies and assist them with incorporations, corporate structuring/restructuring, drafting agreements, development of financing strategies, and various other tasks associated with early-stage business ventures.
PJ also contributed heavily to student government. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded with the Legal and Literary Society’s award for outstanding contribution to the law school community.
