Sunil provides advice on employment law matters including employment standards, human rights, wrongful dismissal, civil litigation, occupational health and safety, and workers compensation. He represents both employees and employers at all levels of legal proceedings including the Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Workers Compensation Board, Human Rights Tribunal, and Small Claims.
Sunil also participates in both mediations and arbitrations of employment and labour matters.
In addition to his employment law practice, Sunil is often sought after to conduct complex workplace investigations dealing with harassment, sexual harassment, violence, discrimination and reprisal.
In law school, Sunil acted as a Case Worker for both the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic and the Employment Litigation Clinic.
