Zoe’s developing practice in insurance litigation is focused on personal injury, product liability, occupiers' liability and professional negligence. Known among her colleagues for her effective communication and problem-solving skills, Zoe also assists senior counsel on complex claims involving various health professionals in professional regulation matters.
At Queen’s University, Zoe was awarded a Course Prize in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was a caseworker at Queen’s Prison Law Clinic, providing legal representation to inmates and representing their interests at disciplinary and parole board hearings.
