Clients value David’s practical, business‑focused advice. A senior coverage lawyer, he practices broadly across Property & Casualty, Cyber and Technology, Financial and Specialty Lines, advising insurers on complex coverage questions, policy wordings, and high‑exposure claims. He appears in coverage litigation in trial and appellate courts and is experienced in arbitration, mediation, and negotiated resolutions. David regularly assists with policy drafting and emerging‑risk reviews and is frequently invited to write on coverage topics involving cyber, technology, privacy, and P&C risks, and is a regular speaker and panelist.
