Alexandra’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and insolvency, including restructurings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and bankruptcies and proposals under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. She regularly advises and represents clients with respect to contractual disputes, creditors’ rights, construction matters, and enforcement proceedings at both the trial and appellate level.

    Trade-Marks Opposition Board, Canadian Intellectual Property Office (July 9, 2015). Decision of the Federal Court arising from an appeal from the Trademarks Opposition Board, which held that POLARTEC ECO-ENGINEERING was registrable. Appellant sought a decision from the Federal Court to overturn the Board's decision. The respondent withdrew the application and succeeded on the issue of mootness.
