 Overview

Anthony’s Health Law practice focuses on medical malpractice defence, defending health professionals in regulatory (College) matters, and providing risk management advice.

Anthony is involved in the defence of health professionals and clinics in complex medical malpractice litigation. He has experience guiding clients through the legal process, helping them understand their rights, and obtaining favourable results. Clients rely on Anthony for his capacity to distill complicated legal issues into understandable narratives, his empathy, and his clarity in interactions with clients and counsel.

Anthony's practice also involves defending a variety of health professionals in regulatory matters. Anthony leverages his medical malpractice litigation experience and the insights he developed working in various Ontario hospital systems and health care agencies, to defend health professionals in these types of matters. Clients appreciate Anthony’s curiosity, the time he invests in understanding the facts of each case, and his knowledge of the health care system.
