Kym Stasiuk is an associate lawyer at Blaney McMurtry LLP, practicing in the areas of corporate/commercial law, real estate and securities.

In his corporate practice, Kym acts on the purchase and sale of businesses, the structuring of business transactions including the creation and organization of business entities, the drafting and negotiating of various commercial contracts and provides ongoing strategic advice to business owners and managers.

In his real estate practice, Kym is involved in all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate.

Kym has also been involved in both public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions and advising on securities regulatory requirements.

Prior to law school, Kym studied business and economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and worked as an equities trader.

Kym has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.
