Profile

Nadim's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.  He is the Chair of the firm's Mining Group.

Nadim was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1985 and has a joint LL.B./M.B.A. from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, York University.
