Steve is a Partner whose expertise in corporate/commercial law has led to an international clientele, including other law firms. He is also one of the two partners responsible for the firm’s relationship with TAGLaw, a network of leading law firms throughout the world.

He acts for a number of multi-national companies in connection with public take-over bids, purchases and sales, related party transactions and distribution and supply agreements. Steve also helps those clients with competition, pricing, construction and regulatory matters. As an agent for extraprovincial law firms, he acts in matters involving general, corporate and merger and acquisition work.

Steve’s practice encompasses securities matters, business restructuring and insolvency and tax planning for entrepreneurs and professionals. He also drafts various agreements, including lock-up, underwriting and professional partnership agreements. He’s active in offering documents and legal opinions. His practice is mainly transaction oriented.<

A director of a number of companies, Steve also acts for a number of health, refinery, electronics, insurance, consumer products, construction and pharmaceutical clients. He also counsels credit organizations.

Steve is active in fundraising for the United Way, Easter Seals and the Epilepsy Association of Toronto.
