Lou Brzezinski, John Polyzogopoulos and Varoujan Arman are participating as speakers at the 16th Annual Fraud Conference of the Association of Certified Forensic Investigators of Canada (ACFI), being held May 5-6, 2014, in Toronto. Arman will speak on the topic, “The Extent of Privilege,” on May 5th, and will discuss the law as it relates to protecting solicitor client privilege in the context of working papers and draft reports. On May 6th, Brzezinski and Polyzogopoulos will discuss “Detecting and Dealing with Cheque Kiting,” in a session designed primarily for those in financial institutions, and will introduce attendees to the red flags of cheque kiting fraud and how to deal with it.
