Antoinette is developing a broad litigation practice with a focus on insurance defence litigation. Her practice includes professional negligence, personal injury, occupiers’ liability, product liability, as well as coverage matters.
Antoinette’s prior experience in both insurance litigation and plaintiff personal injury enables her to provide creative and effective solutions for her clients. She has advocated for clients at various courts and tribunals including the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court, and Licence Appeal Tribunal, and has frequently engaged in alternative dispute resolution.
Antoinette’s health law practice involves the defence of health professionals in regulatory and discipline matters before their respective College. In January 2026, Antoinette obtained the Osgoode Certificate in Professional Regulation and Discipline in Health Care. This was an intensive, practice-based program focused on the regulatory process and various College matters, including complaints, investigations, discipline matters, quality assurance and fitness to practice matters, and appeals to HPARB and the courts.
During law school, Antoinette volunteered at Parkdale Community Legal Services legal clinic, where she assisted clients with various legal issues. She also participated in the Walsh Family Law Negotiation Competition, where she received the prize for best negotiation plan.
