Birpal’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and has experience with proceedings commenced under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. Birpal has experience across a range of insolvency matters where he acted for distressed companies, creditors, and court officers in insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
Prior to joining Blaney McMurtry, Birpal articled and practiced insolvency and restructuring at a national law firm.
