Brannan is developing a broad litigation practice centered on insurance coverage matters and complex commercial disputes. He advises insurers on the scope of their obligations and delivers strategic legal guidance to clients across various industries.
Before returning as an associate, Brannan articled and summered with the firm where he gained experience working on matters at all levels of Ontario courts, from Small Claims to the Court of Appeal.
During his time at law school, Brannan was awarded a Certificate in Health Law and was a member of the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service. He also holds a master’s degree from Carleton University where his thesis explored international climate governance enforcement mechanisms.
