Kyle has a broad litigation practice with a focus on insurance, including professional liability, occupiers’ liability, health law, bodily injury defense, product liability, and public authorities defense. His broad experience in both insurance litigation and personal injury allows him to analyze and assess problems from unique perspectives and to find creative and cost-effective solutions for his clients.
Kyle is a passionate litigator who has represented clients at various courts and tribunals including the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, License Appeal Tribunal, and jury trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
